He also helps solve everyone's complaint's here at FanBox!

Even with his heavy workload,

He still takes the time to jump in and help people and read posts here.

A while back when we all experiencing having problems understanding the new power user program, Scott jumped in and helped me become a power user!

Despite how busy he is , he took the time and trouble to review my account and see what I was doing wrong!

Recently I mentioned I had not quite yet received my cash out check! Again, Scott jumped in and not only fixed the problem but sent me a very nice message and credited my account with $20.00 for any inconvience.

Wow! What a guy!

I wanted to post this because you hear so much about FanBox customer service.

Personally, I have not found that to be the case! If you have a real issue, I have found they jump in very quickly and review your problem!

Now I found that to be the case always but being a power user gives you even faster customer service!
